WHAT IS OUR RETURN POLICY?
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are unsatisfied with your order, all eligible items can be returned for store credit/online store credit within 7 days of the original purchase date for in-store purchases and delivered date for online purchases . Once a return is started, please note that all tags must be attached, the packaging must be intact, the product must be unused/unworn, and No Odor or Smell To The Item(s).
WHAT ARE OUR RETURN AND SHIPPING FEES?
All shipping fees/return fees are the responsibility of the customer. Once your return is authorized, you will receive a prepaid shipping label from us, the cost will be deducted from your store credit/return balance.
DO YOU PAY FOR RETURN SHIPPING COSTS?
We do not cover return shipping costs. All return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. We do cover shipping costs on the item(s) being exchanged and returned to customer.
WHICH PRODUCTS ARE ELIGIBLE FOR A RETURN?
All eligible products can be returned for instore/online store credit within 7 days when purchased at our retail location and 7 days from delivery date from our online store. This excludes special release items, sale items, and items indicated as final sale (all items will be noted in the product description).
WHAT ITEMS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE/RETURNABLE?
- Items marked as final sale/season ending sale.
- Free gifts or promotional items with retail value.
- Items considered limited or special release.
HOW SOON WILL I RECEIVE MY STORE CREDIT/ONLINE STORE CREDIT?
The store credit will be issued once we process the return at our facility.
DO YOU OFFER CASHBACK FOR REFUNDS/RETUNS?
All items being returned are only eligible for store credit or online store credit.
DOES THE STORE CREDIT EXPIRE?
Our store credit never expires and can be used in-store and online.
